By submitting a quotation request or placing an order with Fragbox, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation:
   All custom PC builds and services will be confirmed via email before assembly begins. Any changes to specifications or pricing will be communicated and require customer approval.

2. Pricing and Payment:
   Prices quoted are valid for 30 days and subject to change based on component availability and market fluctuations. A deposit or full payment may be required before work commences.

3. Delivery and Setup:
   Fragbox will provide an estimated delivery or completion date. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to supply issues or unforeseen circumstances. Local delivery and setup services will be arranged as agreed.

4. Warranty and Support:
   All PCs come with a standard manufacturer warranty on individual components. Fragbox offers additional support and warranty packages as outlined at the time of purchase.

5. Liability:
   Fragbox is not responsible for any data loss or software issues after delivery. Customers are responsible for backing up important data before the PC build or upgrade process.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:
   Orders can be cancelled before assembly begins with a refund of any deposit minus any costs incurred. Once assembly has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

By proceeding with Fragbox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
